Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the unused components back in their original SPANK packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Labels

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable courier service to our regional distribution center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
